James Harman

 

James Harman is a Deputy County Counsel for the County of Orange. He is assigned to the litigation division of the County Counsel's office, where his primary focus is on property tax and bankruptcy matters.

James earned a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. from the University of San Diego. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court, Central District of California. He currently teaches Legal Research and Analysis in the Fall, and Bankruptcy in the Spring.
