The Business Administration Department is responsible for courses in the areas of Accounting, Income Taxes, Business Law, Finance, and Bank Teller Training. We offer courses that are essential to the Business Administration university transfer option. Accordingly, we maintain current articulation and alignment with California State University at Fullerton and many other universities. We also offer courses leading to the Associate of Arts degree program in Accounting, and courses leading to a number of Accounting and Bookkeeping Certificates.

Our courses are taught by full time and adjunct faculty members with significant academic and professional training, credentials and experience in their disciplines. Our faculty members are CPAs, attorneys, financial professionals, and systems consultants, who are primarily interested in helping you achieve your educational objectives. Our accounting degree provides comprehensive training in current theory and practice, and thus our students are well positioned for the job market, and for further academic study.We have courses and certificates that prepare students for both entry-level jobs and professional growth opportunities in the areas of Accounting, Tax, and Finance. Two great examples are our Commercial Accounting program, which provides training in popular software packages used by local industry, and our CTEC Tax Preparer Program, which provides training leading to certification by the California Tax Education Council.
